- Lead and manage the CAMHS CEDS Service, ensuring delivery of high-quality care within agreed objectives and standards.
- Maintain a clinical caseload for 50% of your contractual hours, providing advanced assessment, diagnosis, and treatment.
- Provide clinical leadership and supervision to team members.
- Manage recruitment, performance, and development of staff in line with Trust policies.
- Ensure operational and financial efficiency, including budget management and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including GPs, partner agencies, and service user groups.
- Promote patient involvement and feedback in service development.

- Recognised professional qualification in nursing, social work or occupational therapy, at degree level
- Evidence of continuing professional development
- Management qualification or experience
- Experience of working with young people with an Eating Disorder.
- Demonstrable capacity and capability for operational/clinical service management, including staff management, financial management and change management.
- Experience of providing high quality effective services within resource limits
- Experience of delivering care in a community setting and providing a range of diverse services
- Experience of supporting staff and developing staff members and active performance management
- Able to travel within the Organisational boundaries
