Help serve food and drink in the Inns outlets whilst adhering to company standards and giving excellent customer service.
Have a visible presence within the outlet to ensure all customer requests are dealt with in a friendly and efficient manner.
To up sell products where possible.
Ensure all cash, charge, float and till procedures are carried out in accordance with Company
To assist with the smooth running of the Food & Beverage department and positively contribute to the departments Target.
To perform all reasonable requests in a timely manner

Knowledge Required

Knowledge of Hotel brand
Knowledge of Hotel values and ability to demonstrate
Knowledge of the hotel products and services and ability to promote and up-sell
Understanding of Hotel cash handling
