- User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Manage and engage stakeholders effectively during UAT cycles.
- Strong test management skills with accountability for planning and execution.
- Experience in risk-based test planning and managing escalations.
- Expertise in non-functional testing methodologies and processes.
- Confident in stakeholder and vendor management, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.
- A strong background in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- A track record of leading UAT efforts and driving process improvements.
- Experience mentoring and guiding test teams to achieve high performance.
- Background in a consultancy environment.
- Eligible for SC Clearance.
