If this sounds like you, take on this role and play a key role within an organisation bringing the best quality of property developments to market and providing an exceptional level of service.Role : Senior AnalystLocation : Hybrid (Location flexible – London, North England or Midlands)Salary - £65,000 - £75,000 + 10% BonusHours : Monday to Friday, 40 hours per weekAs Senior Analyst you will lead and mentor junior team members and seek opportunities to continuously improve the output of your department. This role will work closely with the Asset Management team to ensure that potential opportunities for improved performance are identified and actioned. The key responsibility of this position is to analyse all operational data, including but not limited to, personnel, additional revenue, amenities, customer service and maintenance data.If this sounds like it could be you, contact RLR with your CV and reach out to find out more!Who we are searching for?· An individual with evidenced analytical skills in the residential living industry· Previous experience using management systems to level of advanced or super user· A great team player who takes ownership and responsibility· Proactive and dynamic, taking ownership of all of core duties· Excellent interpersonal skills· Able to manage team members to deliver best team results· Advanced Excel user and all Microsoft packages particularly Power point· Well organised, ability to problem solve and works under pressure with great decision-making skills· Able to demonstrate an organised and professional approach and ability to prioritise· A logical thinker who can spot errors and resolve issues· Conduct your business with integrity and professionalism· Strong verbal and written communication skills· Accuracy and attention to detailWhat will your key responsibilities be?· Analyse and report on all data driven from asset level leasing and operations.· Report production across all operational channels· Lead on new asset set up within systems· Recommend rent setting targets based on performance YoY and for new assets· Identify trends to help inform risks and opportunities· KPI reporting, at asset level and wider organisation· Consolidated or platform level reporting· Data integrity management· Document control and updates including project planners, lease up forecast documents etc.· Produce and manage reporting templates· Collate information and prepare data for board reports· Market research to support leasing and management opportunities· Produce weekly, monthly quarterly and annual reports· Advanced systems user (PMS) and/or super user access and support of team on systems· Demographic reporting and analysis· Rent performance – averages/by unit type/by building· Operational level reporting e.g. customer service, complaints, parcel management etcWe look forward to hearing from you to discuss this opportunity!
