We have partnered with a friendly, well-established, and forward-thinking Practice in a seaside town (list size of circa 9,000 patients) who are committed to improving patient services and maintaining a good work life balance. They are actively seeking a new Salaried GP to join their diverse and experienced team of healthcare professionals.Position Details:Job Title: General Practitioner (GP).Sessions: 4-8 sessions per week depending on your preferences (can be salaried for as little as 4 sessions while continuing to locum for rest of the week - if desired. Very little admin to do as path done centrally by an Admin GP)Location: West Sussex - Near Chichester (Up to ¼ of sessions can be done remotely, depending on staffing levels)Salary: Up to £12,500 per session with an extensive benefits package including personal development opportunities plus visa sponsorship and relocation support offered.Team: Work alongside 2x GP Partners, 3x Salaried GPs, a large, experienced nursing team including nurse prescriber, Pharmacists, First contact Physio, Mental Health Expert, Social Prescriber plus an experienced admin/reception team who are excellent at work flow re-direction and patient sign posting.High QOF achievement and Good CQC rating.SystmOne practice who offer patients a full range of enhanced services.GP visits are rare as done by paramedics/nurses. Even care home rounds often done via video.Duty session capped at 15 patients, mostly used to advise nurses.
