Job Title: Warehouse OperativeLocation: Banbury, OX16Salary: £12.21 phHours: Rotational shift 7am - 3pm and 2pm -10pm , must rotate shiftsJob Type: Full-Time Monday-Friday / Temporary to PermanentAre you looking for an exciting opportunity in a fast-paced logistics and supply chain environment? We are currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives for a leading global supply chain company that provides innovative and efficient logistics solutions across multiple industries, including automotive, defence, and consumer goods.Key Responsibilities:
  • Receiving and unloading deliveries, checking stock for accuracy
  • Picking, packing, and preparing goods for dispatch
  • Using warehouse management systems to record stock movements
  • Ensuring all goods are stored correctly and safely
  • Operating warehouse equipment such as pallet trucks or forklifts (if trained)
  • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
  • Working as part of a team to meet targets and deadlines
Requirements:
  • Previous warehouse experience is desirable but not essential – full training will be provided
  • Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling tasks
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Flexibility to work shifts and weekends if required

Sucessful candidate will be asked to complete 3 weeks training on morning shift, 7am-3pm.
