This is a key role, ideal for someone looking to take the next step in their career while supporting and motivating junior team members.The successful candidate will be expected to contribute to the growth of the lettings department through proactive business generation, client relationship building, and strong listing skills. A proven background in residential lettings is essential, as is a genuine focus on customer service and professionalism.What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
  • Winning new business and securing lettings instructions
  • Conducting market appraisals and listing properties
  • Supporting and mentoring junior lettings staff
  • Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants
  • Ensuring outstanding customer service throughout the lettings process
  • Generating new leads through networking and outreach
  • Working with a wide range of property types and values
  • Contributing to team performance and hitting office targets
What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):
  • Significant experience in residential lettings
  • Proven listing / valuation experience
  • ARLA qualification desirable (not essential)
  • Strong negotiation and customer service skills
  • Professional telephone manner and excellent communication
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and well-presented
  • Working knowledge of the Oxford property market preferred
  • Full UK driving licence and own vehicle required
  • Thorough and professional approach to the lettings process
