We are currently working in partnership with a highly regarded, long-established law firm with a strong reputation for client care and professional excellence. Due to continued growth in their property department, they are looking to appoint a Senior Conveyancing Paralegal to join their busy and friendly team.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced residential conveyancer to take the next step in their career within a supportive and reputable legal practice.The Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing files from instruction through to post-completion, with minimal supervision. You will be expected to provide an efficient, high-quality service to clients and third parties, while also supporting junior colleagues where required.Key Responsibilities:Handling a full range of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and leasehold mattersPreparing and reviewing legal documentation including contracts and reports on titleConducting title checks and dealing with searches, enquiries, and Land Registry mattersLiaising with clients, solicitors, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other stakeholdersMaintaining accurate case records using a case management systemEnsuring compliance with regulatory requirements, including CQS and AML proceduresAssisting with the mentoring and supervision of junior team members, if requiredCandidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will have:A minimum of 4 years' experience in residential conveyancing in a fee-earning capacityThe ability to manage their own caseload independently and efficientlyStrong knowledge of freehold, leasehold, and new build transactionsExcellent client care and communication skillsA keen eye for detail and a proactive, solution-focused mindsetPrevious experience with case management systems and good general IT skillsBenefits:Competitive salary package based on experienceCareer progression opportunities within a growing teamSupportive and professional working environmentContinued training and development supportHow to Apply:
