Job Title: Qualified Tutor/TeacherLocation: Leicestershire, LeicesterSalary: £25.00 - £30.00 per hourJob Duties:- Plan and deliver engaging and effective tutoring sessions to students - Assess students' learning needs and tailor teaching methods accordingly - Provide constructive feedback to students to support their academic progress - Communicate effectively with students, parents, and other stakeholders - Keep accurate records of student progress and attendance - Stay up-to-date with educational best practises and curriculum changesRequired Qualifications:- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent - Relevant teaching qualification - Experience in tutoring or teaching in a similar setting - Strong subject knowledge in the relevant areaEducation:- Bachelor's degree in Education or related fieldExperience:- Minimum of 2 years of teaching or tutoring experienceKnowledge and Skills:- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to motivate and engage students - Strong organisational skills - Proficiency in using educational technology - Knowledge of current educational trends and practisesPreferred Qualifications:- Master's degree in Education or related field - Additional teaching certifications
