  • Provide high-quality health visiting services to families and children, ensuring their health and well-being
  • Conduct assessments and deliver care plans tailored to individual needs
  • Offer advice and support on child health, development, and parenting
  • Collaborate with other professionals to safeguard children and promote child welfare
  • Plan and deliver health education programmes and community initiatives
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with regulatory requirements
  • - Participate in team meetings and contribute to service development
Qualifications and Experience:
  • You must be a Registered Nurse or Midwife with a valid NMC registration
  • Hold a Specialist Community Public Health Nurse (SCPHN) qualification in Health Visiting
  • Experience in community or child health services is preferred
Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential
  • Strong knowledge of safeguarding procedures and child development
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team
