  • The appointed conveyancer will be responsible for managing a caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, shared ownership, right to buy, remortgages, transfers of equity, new builds, and Help to Buy shared equity.
  • The firm is seeking solicitors, legal executives, or licensed conveyancers with 6-10 years of experience in residential conveyancing and extensive knowledge of the conveyancing process and technical title issues.
  • You will demonstrate outstanding verbal and written communication skills combined with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional client care, ensuring clear, professional interactions and consistently exceeding client expectations.
