The School and RoleThis residential provision is based near Stockbridge and helps teenagers overcome challenges with mental health and associated behaviours. Some of the most common conditions at the school are generalised anxiety disorder, OCD, mild to moderate depression, social anxiety disorder and PTSD.This is for a residential school therefore, the working hours are 6:30am - 6:30pm or 8:30am - 8:30pm or 10:30am - 10:30pm with a paid lunch break.RequirementsThe desired Teaching Assistant will have;- Experience of working with primary school aged children- Experience of working with pupils with SEND- A passion for the progress of pupils- An ability to work as part of a teamWhat we offerAs a Teaching Assistant, part of our team, you benefit from:· Excellent daily rates paid using the PAYE system.
