- Provide remote ASC assessments as part of a team of two clinicians. One practitioner delivers the ADOS-informed assessment while the other undertakes the ADI-R.
- Our model is to work to x1 assessment per day.

- Use clinical judgement and experience to make treatment decisions using highly developed skills and knowledge regarding management of adults and young people with Autism.
- Exercise autonomous professional responsibility for diagnostic decision making within competence, with supervision from Team Leads.
- Complete risk assessments and review safeguarding needs during ongoing patient care.
- Ensure accurate and timely client records are kept on the clinical platform. Reports should be written professionally and completed within expected timeframes.
- Make recommendations on any additional assessments or interventions required (as appropriate) to the client within the report.
- Work closely with senior leadership team on the further development of the Autism pathways.
- Provide consultation and training to other members of staff to develop skills in this area of expertise.
- Maintain registration with the appropriate governing body (NMC/HCPC,Social Work England).
- Access regular clinical supervision, management supervision, and multi-disciplinary team meetings/case discussions.

- What we are looking for:
- Current NMC, HCPC or Social Work England registration with no restrictions on practice.
- Occupational Therapists, Psychologists or Social Workers with previous experience and knowledge of autonomously assessing and diagnosing Autism.
- Ability to work effectively to manage own caseload.
- Good knowledge of legislation, research and developments relevant to the field of Autism.
- A Minimum of 12 months experience of administering the ADOS and ADI-R diagnostic tools.
- Ability to undertake both ADOS and ADI-R is essential. MDTs are held when required with Team Leads and, where warranted, with input from our psychiatry colleague.
- Can you build rapport quickly with genuine empathy? Are you adaptable and comfortable working in environment of pace and change?
