We are working with an exciting casual fine dining restaurant in the heart of Shoreditch, who are seeking a talented and ambitious Assistant General Manager to join their leadership team.This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced hospitality professional with strong operational knowledge, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for delivering world class guest experiences in a vibrant and dynamic setting.What's on Offer

The Role
  • Support the General Manager in all aspects of day to day operations.
  • Lead, inspire, and motivate the front of house team to deliver exceptional service.
  • Drive standards across the restaurant, ensuring consistency in guest experience.
  • Assist with recruitment, training, and development of the team.
  • Take ownership of financial performance, stock management, and compliance.
  • Act as a key point of contact for guests, handling feedback and building loyalty.
The Candidate
  • Proven experience in a management role within premium casual or fine dining restaurants.
  • Strong leadership qualities with the ability to develop and nurture a high-performing team.
  • A hands-on manager with excellent floor presence and guest engagement skills.
  • Commercially aware with experience managing budgets, GP, and cost control.
  • Passionate about food, drink, and hospitality with a drive to deliver excellence.
