With the exciting new projects ahead, they're currently looking for a Mechanical Design Engineer to join their dedicated team.The Role:
As a Mechanical Design Engineer you will be responsible for carrying out all the design work required across project once they’ve been one.This will look like:
- Develops the 3D & 2D models for the product and for customer approval
- May do a DFM peer review with production present
- Produce 2D detailed fabrication drawings
- Mechanical calculations
- 3D modelling experience
- Solid background as a Mechanical Design Engineer
- SolidWorks is preferred though any CAD package would be considered
- Experience within a sheet metal/fabrication setting would be highly advantageous
- Desire to learn
- Friendly, proactive and attention to detail driven
