This full-time locum role extends over 3 months offering an incredible opportunity to work within the dynamic County Wide All Age Flexible Response Service, Team Two. This vibrant position requires a capable social worker ready to make a difference and who has access to a car as face-to-face reviews and assessments are an essential part of the role.   • Conduct comprehensive assessments and face-to-face reviews with adults requiring social work support
  • Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual needs ensuring high-quality service delivery
  • Work collaboratively with various teams and agencies to ensure holistic care for service users
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of all interactions and updates on casework
  • Support individuals through the safeguarding process, advocating for their best interests
  • Engage actively in team meetings and contribute to the development of the service
