- Lead the hospital in line with Active Care Group's values, ensuring outstanding patient experience and safety.
- Maintain compliance with CQC standards and other regulatory requirements.
- Drive service quality, financial performance, and bed occupancy.
- Work collaboratively with local authorities, NHS commissioners, and other partners.
- Provide clear leadership to multidisciplinary teams, supporting a positive, inclusive culture.
- Ensure robust governance, safeguarding, and health and safety procedures are in place.
- Experience in a senior management role in a CAMHS or related healthcare setting.
- A strong understanding of the Mental Health Act, Mental Capacity Act, and safeguarding frameworks.
- Demonstrable leadership skills, with the ability to influence, engage, and drive service improvement.
- Knowledge of regulatory bodies and governance within health and social care.
- A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or willingness to work towards).
