- Assist in managing multi-million-pound contracts through their full lifecycle.
- Provide insights and analysis to support supply profiling and cost control.
- Communicate complex delivery challenges in clear, business-friendly language.
- Support contract change control and third-party relationship management.
- Interface between internal functions and external suppliers to ensure compliance and performance.
- Raise and manage purchase orders, invoicing, and journal transfers.
- Commercial Expertise: Contract management, supplier relationship management, financial forecasting.
- Data & Reporting: Development and debugging of reporting tools, management information, data-driven decision-making.
- Strong commercial experience with budget ownership and supplier management
- Contract negotiation and end-to-end process mapping
- Stakeholder management across internal and external parties
