
Interim Group Reporting Manager

- Consolidate financial reporting across multiple entities and ensure accuracy and compliance
- Partner with senior leadership to develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and business plans
- Lead the preparation of group management accounts and board reporting
- Oversee group-wide financial controls and drive process improvements
- Support M&A activity, integration of new businesses, and system enhancements
- A recognised accountancy qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
- Experience working in a multi-entity or group finance environment
- Strong technical knowledge of financial reporting standards and consolidations
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
