Are you resilient and able to remain calm when faced with Challenging Behaviours?Exceptional care are seeking individuals to support young people on a 1:1 or 2:1 staffing ratio, in a Residential setting in LeylandWho are Exceptional Care?Exceptional Care is a therapeutic children's service providing care and support to children and young people aged 8-17, from complex backgrounds, who display challenging behaviour and EBD. - 6-12 months experience within Childrens Residential Setting
- Driver (preferred)
- NVQ L3 / L4 Children and Young Peoples Workforce (preferred or willing to work towards)
