Are you resilient and able to remain calm when faced with Challenging Behaviours?Exceptional care are seeking individuals to support young people on a 1:1 or 2:1 staffing ratio, in a Residential setting in LeylandWho are Exceptional Care?Exceptional Care is a therapeutic children's service providing care and support to children and young people aged 8-17, from complex backgrounds, who display challenging behaviour and EBD. Safeguarding each young person at all times.You will provide a high standard of care and support, in a professional manner, to vulnerable young people, with challenging behaviour and emotional behavioural difficulties.You will develop a good working relationship with both children and young people and other outside agencies, and be the person that each child can trust through building positive relationships.You will be part of a team who work together to create a loving, stable environment to ensure each young person is achieving positive outcomes and learning experiences.INDECAbout the companyPRIDE in our work, our professionalism, our young people and our organisation.Required Criteria
  • 6-12 months experience within Childrens Residential Setting

  • Driver (preferred)
  • NVQ L3 / L4 Children and Young Peoples Workforce (preferred or willing to work towards)
