- Planning and delivering tailored lessons that meet the diverse needs of students.
- Creating a positive, safe, and stimulating classroom environment.
- Assessing student progress, setting individual learning goals, and providing regular feedback.
- Working collaboratively with a team of teaching assistants and other professionals to support student development.
- Building strong, positive relationships with parents and guardians to ensure a holistic approach to student learning.
- Implementing and adapting individualised education plans (IEPs).
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
- Child DBS on the update service
- Proven experience working with students with special educational needs.
- Strong knowledge of various SEN strategies and interventions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
