- Proven track record of success in senior business development roles ideally within the labels sector however other print or packaging experience will be considered.
- Extensive network of senior contacts within major FMCG brands.
- Ability to close complex, high-value deals and manage long sales cycles.
- Strong understanding of technical aspects of label production and ability to communicate value propositions effectively.
- Strategic thinker with the drive and resilience to win significant market share.
