We are looking for an enthusiastic, flexible and motivated speech and language therapist to help us support children and young people in a range of settings across North Essex.This Band 7 role involves co-ordinating, supporting and delivering a high quality, evidence based service in a range of settings, predominantly within the clinical fields of complex needs and AAC. There are also opportunities to supervise and manage therapists, developing their skills, as well as therapy assistants.The post is being offered on a 12month fixed contract to cover maternity leave.Main duties of the jobTo lead on service delivery in designated settingsTo hold a highly specialist clinical caseload within these schools.To supervise and line manage therapists and assistantsTo contribute to the planning and service delivery of the Therapies serviceTo work as part of the Speech and Language Therapy team, as well as the wider multi disciplinary SEND Therapies team.About usProvide is a Community Interest Company (social enterprise).
