- Support customers with health-related beauty concerns (e.g., acne, eczema, hair loss, nutritional supplements).
- Ensure the safe storage and handling of all pharmaceutical and regulated products.
- Provide information on potential product interactions or side effects related to health and beauty products.
- Deliver exceptional customer service in a retail beauty setting.
- Collaborate with beauty advisors to provide holistic consultations combining skincare/cosmetics with medical-grade or therapeutic solutions.
- Upsell dermatological and beauty products in line with the customer's needs.
- Ensure full compliance with GPhC (General Pharmaceutical Council) regulations and Lookfantastic operating procedures.
- Maintain all necessary records and documentation for medication supply.
- Monitor inventory levels of pharmacy stock, ensuring appropriate rotation and reordering of regulated items.
- Act as the Responsible Pharmacist (RP) when on duty.
- Provide ongoing training to retail and beauty staff on the pharmacological benefits of specific wellness and skincare products.
- Participate and lead (when required) staff briefings and strategy meetings to align on customer care initiatives and service innovation.
- Lead by example on the shop floor at all times.
- Will act as the stores Duty Manager as required and lead the team, service and sales.
- Engage and inspire the in store team daily to deliver world class service
- Adhere to all procedures and H&S regulations
- Ensure perfect store standards including top hygiene standards in all areas
- Update and maintain VM of brands when necessary
- Strong communication to the team, customers and all brand representatives.
- Stock management including receiving POs into the EPOS system and liaising with HQ teams to adjust stock queries and report stock loss.
- MPharm degree or equivalent in Pharmacy.
- Current and valid registration with the GPhC (General Pharmaceutical Council).
- Completed pre-registration year and passed the GPhC assessment.
- Minimum 1-2 years of post-qualification experience preferred (newly qualified pharmacists with strong retail/customer service skills will be considered).
- Experience in a retail setting with a strong customer service component.
- Knowledge of cosmetic dermatology, nutraceuticals, and OTC health products is highly desirable.
- Passion for beauty, wellness, and customer care.
- Confident communicator able to translate technical information into accessible, friendly advice.
- Strong ethical standards and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with beauty advisors and retail teams.
- Commercially aware, with the ability to identify opportunities for product recommendations and wellness initiatives.
