Lining/Trenchless Team Leader - Hot Cure & Steam CureRochford, Essex (on site with travel)Permanent, Full time (47.5 hours)Competitive salary plus good overtime ratesAre you an experienced Team Leader in trenchless technology with a passion for quality, safety, and leadership? This is an exciting opportunity to step into a key role delivering high-standard, trenchless rehabilitation solutions — while making a real impact on local communities.As a Team Leader, you’ll take charge of on-site operations, guiding your team to deliver safe, efficient, and compliant trenchless utility works.What you’ll be doing:
  • Lead and manage on-site trenchless works, ensuring safety, quality, and compliance.
  • Install patch liners and full length liners mainly, Hot Cure and Steam cure CIPP liners using a range on inversion methods.
  • Performing pre/post CCTV surveys and high-pressure water jetting.
  • Carry out robotic cutting works where required.
  • Conducting risk assessments and site briefings.
  • Supporting site management with future work planning and continuous improvement.
  • Learn new Trenchless techniques where required.
  • Working away may be required.
What you’ll need to bringEssential:
  • Proven trenchless/lining experience, particularly in Hot Cure and Steam Cure CIPP lining
  • Leadership experience in utility, energy, or infrastructure projects.
  • Experience working in a manual role eg. Groundworks, construction, drainage etc.
  • Leadership experience in the utilities or energy sector.
  • Strong communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
  • Full UK driving licence
Desirable:
  • CSCS Card
  • EUSR SHEA (Water/Multi-utility)
  • SWQR Operative Units 001–007 & 009
  • Emergency First Aid at Work (Level 2 minimum)
  • Relevant plant/equipment operation certificates
