To cultivate a fantastic work environment, grow professionally together and champion global compliance.Make an Impact/ The role:As a Workday Integrations Manager you will be part of our People & Places team. You are responsible for building and maintaining integrations within our HR systems landscape, including Workday, Greenhouse, Intellum, Okta and our intranet. Experience building and testing integrations with Workday Cloud Enterprise Service Bus (ESB), Workday Cloud Connect, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) and Workday Studio will be preferred. Ideally, you also love tables, dashboards and metrics and are ready to help out the team with the configuration challenges coming along with new systems. You strive for automations which make everyone's life easier. While experience or knowledge of full-stack development is a plus, it is not mandatory.Empower Your Potential/ Responsibilities:
  • Design robust integration solutions connecting Workday with external systems Develop integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and other integration tools
  • Coordinate directly with business users to best understand and analyse business specifications to implement, change and enhance integrations
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of integration designs and processes
  • Resolve integration-related issues and provide timely support to internal and external stakeholders Conduct testing to ensure data accuracy, error management, and performance optimization
  • Stay updated with Workday releases to effectively leverage new features in integration development
Bring Your Knowledge/ Experience & Qualifications:Must haves:
  • Extended experience building and maintaining Workday Integrations
  • (Deep) understanding of XML/JSON and web-services concepts as well as familiarity with calling and using web-services from a programming environment
  • Advanced knowledge of XSLT for use in transformations including XPATH
  • Experience with working with vendor specifications for integrations (ideally with Workday Studio and using it for more advanced integrations)
  • Capable of creating complex calculated fields and different types of reports
  • Eye for details and data accuracy (esp. in development/QA phases to ensure clean results)
  • Good understanding of the Workday process framework (Business process, security and reports) and how these affect integrations
  • Analytical skills
  • Great team player who loves to share knowledge and support colleagues within the team and the company
Nice to have:
  • Familiarity with tools such as Postgres, Ruby, Redis, Nginx, would be nice to have.
