Trainee Client Services Manager - Home Care / Domiciliary CareThis wonderful opportunity would suit someone who is an experienced Home Care Professional but would like to take the next steps in their career.You will report to the Registered Manager, and gain training and support to help you to understand the role so you are able to ensure the best possible care is provided to the clients of Home Instead Senior Care Bromley.You will have an encouraging personality and will have the ability to motivate our wonderful team of care professionals deliver the best possible care to our clients, and to develop their knowledge and skills, keep them engaged in their roles and nurture and support them throughout their employment.As Trainee Client Services Manager you will be involved in (and gain training to):
  • Converting new client enquiries
  • Client On-boarding
  • Care planning and conducting risk assessments ensuring compliance to relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Managing CAREGiver personal development
  • Care Delivery & on-call rota
  • Ensuring client satisfaction
  • Managing a team making sure that exceptional service is delivered to our clients and workloads are managed accordingly.
To be successful, you will:
  • Have a background in Home Care / Domiciliary care and excellent customer facing capabilities
  • Have strong influencing skills
  • Have the ability to build good working relationships.
  • Have strong organisation and planning skills
  • Be able to work well and accurately under pressure
  • Be flexible to meet the demands of the business including participating in an on-call rota
Due to the need to support the On-Call function, which may require you to support team members out in the field in emergency situations, and also the requirement to travel throughout the community to conduct new client assessments, you should have a driving licence and access to a vehicle.QualificationsYou will be an experienced manager within the care sector, preferably home care, however not essential.Additional InformationIf you have a passion for caring and the motivation to help us achieve our ambitions, we would love to hear from you.We encourage applications from all sections of the community as we want to reflect the neighbourhoods in which we work.
