  • Building positive, trusting relationships with the children and young people in our care
  • Assisting with daily living activities, such as meal preparation, housekeeping, and personal care
  • Facilitating engaging and therapeutic activities that promote learning, growth, and development
  • Working collaboratively with other professionals, such as social workers, therapists, and educators, to ensure a holistic approach to care
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation in line with regulatory requirements
