As they continue to grow, they are seeking a Chartered Building Surveyor to join the team.What You'll Be Doing
·Pre-acquisition building surveys
·Preparation and negotiation of the schedule of dilapidations
·Preparation of schedules of works
·Contract Administration
·Assessment of rebuild cost for insurance purposes
·Planned maintenance programmesWhat We're Looking For
·MRICS status or MCIOB
·Proven experience as a Building Surveyor, preferably within a private consultancy.
·Strong knowledge of building regulations and construction processes.
·Excellent project management and communication skills.Why Join?
