Supports the development and delivery of market intelligence by conducting research, producing reports, and enabling insights that inform strategies and business decisions. Partners with business, commercial, and strategy teams to ensure that timely, accurate, and relevant market information is shared across the organization.
Leads initiatives to enhance intelligence capabilities, supports bespoke research needs, and collaborates cross-functionally to drive data-led decision-making.In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
Key Responsibilities:
- Develops reports and insights and maintains the internal portal to provide wider market and macroeconomic context.
- Provides critical market research to support strategic projects.
- Use AI Tools to develop quick bespoke research projects
- Leads efforts to share market trends, competitive activity, and industry developments with the business community.
- Identifies opportunities through research and collaboration with internal teams to support commercial growth.
- Designs and conducts Voice of the Customer and Voice of the Business programs to generate targeted insights.
- Supports customized research requests from Marketing, Product, and Business Development teams.
- Builds and maintains market models, including market size, share, and growth projections.
Promotes a culture of intelligence gathering, knowledge sharing, and insights-driven decision-making.Technical Proficiencies:
- Proficient in managing and using Salesforce and databases for operational needs.
- Skilled in tools such Power BI from a data visualization standpoint (preferred)
- Advanced proficiency in Excel for data analysis and complex reporting tasks
- Proficient in SharePoint
- Proficient in use of AI toolsQUALIFICATIONS

College, university or equivalent degree in marketing, sales, business administration, or related subject required.Experience:
- 3 5 years of experience in strategy, business, marketing, or market research.
- Market intelligence, Business Analytics or related business experience preferred.
