Sacco Mann are recruiting for a Residential Conveyancer to join a passionate firm in their Sheffield office, joining their successful Residential Property department due to recent expansion.The RoleJoining this friendly department, you will be running your own Residential Conveyancing caseload, alongside running the small team consisting of yourself and a Paralegal and providing support and technical guidance. You will have the opportunity to shape the team and play a key role with growing the wider department further, collaborating with the Head of Residential Property.Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a varied caseload of Residential Conveyancing property transactions including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
  • Advise clients and build and maintain long lasting relationships
  • Lead, and mentor your small team in Sheffield
About YouThe firm are ideally looking for experienced Residential Conveyancers who have:
  • 3 + years of experience
  • Qualified Chartered Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer
  • Previous supervisory or leadership experience
  • Solutions focused mindset
