We are a small but growing team and looking to expand in order to progress all ICT related integration projects and meet increasing demand for design of integration across increasing number of clinical systems across the NWL sector.This position will support day to day Integration queries, project activities, creation of design documentation, feasibility analysis, conversation with various stakeholders including suppliers and other teams within ICT i.e. Project/ Change management and counterparts from other sectors.The Deputy Integration Architect will work closely with the Integration Architect to understand ICT Systems Architecture requirements and act as a subject matter expert to design solutions for integration, interoperability and interfacing within the wider organisation.Main duties of the joboEnsure that new or replacement systems properly integrate with other Trust systems and are aligned with Trust business needs and strategy.o Find opportunities for efficiencies when designing technical solutions to assist the Trust in reducing the total cost of ownership of ICT systems.o Have made significant contribution to the ICT Systems Programme, improving the flexibility and efficiency of systems integration.o Have taken an active role in the design, documentation and deployment of integration and interoperability solutions based on Trust tactical and strategic interoperability patterns.   • Qualification or experience equivalent to Post graduate level preferably in an IT, health informatics, science or engineering or management discipline
Desirable
  • Evidence of ongoing learning in relevant ICT technical areas

  • Demonstrable technical experience in ICT application development or integration roles
  • Able to work across multiple large scale and demanding projects simultaneously
Desirable
  • Experience with Cerner Millennium 'back end' technologies (OpenPort / OpenEngine / CCL) desirable but not essential
Skills/Knowledge/ AbilitiesEssential
  • Able to analyse problems and business requirements in a logical fashion and to transform these to technical proposals
  • Able to communicate technical requirements and solutions to developers through clear and concise specifications

  • Technical knowledge and skills in how applications integrate with ICT infrastructure is highly desirable
