We’re seeking a talented and experienced Scrum Master to join our passionate team and collaborate with our team of data gurus.Role Overview: As a Scrum Master at our Fintech firm, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating Agile practices and processes within our dynamic and collaborative environment. You will work closely with our team of data experts to ensure the successful delivery of innovative solutions that leverage data-driven insights to transform the financial industry. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a forward-thinking company where your contributions will directly impact our global success.Key Responsibilities:

Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Guide and coach the development team and product owner in Agile principles and practices to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Collaborate closely with stakeholders to prioritize and groom the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
Remove impediments and shield the team from distractions to enable them to focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
Foster a collaborative and transparent environment where communication flows freely and feedback is valued.
Track and report on team progress, sprint velocity, and key metrics to stakeholders, ensuring visibility into project status and health.
Drive the adoption of Agile best practices and champion a culture of agility and innovation within the organization.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Scrum Master in a fast-paced Agile environment, preferably within the Fintech or technology sector.
Strong understanding of Agile principles and methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) with a track record of successfully leading Agile teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Experience working with data-driven projects and a basic understanding of data analytics concepts is highly desirable.
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
