We are looking for skilled and compassionate SEN Teachers to join our team and provide personalised, one-to-one education to students with a range of additional needs. This role is ideal for educators who are committed to making a meaningful difference in the lives of children and young people who require tailored academic and emotional support.Your ResponsibilitiesCreate a safe, inclusive learning environment that encourages student engagement and growthDesign and deliver individualised learning plans based on each student's strengths and challengesWork closely with families to ensure consistent support and communicationDeliver lessons that promote confidence, resilience, and academic progressServe as a positive role model, encouraging personal development and lifelong learningWhat We're Looking ForQualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent (PGCE)At least two years of teaching experienceStrong subject knowledge in Maths, English, and Science (UK curriculum)Experience teaching across Key Stages 1 to 4Excellent English language skills and experience supporting students with SENEnhanced DBS registered on the Update ServiceLegal right to work in the UKSolid understanding of safeguarding proceduresWhy Work with Sugarman Health and Wellbeing - Children's Services?
