We are currently partnering with a Buckinghamshire-based housing provider, who are looking for a Payroll Officer to join their Finance team on a temporary basis for 8 weeks (rolling).This is a full-time position and they are looking for someone to start ASAP.Duties will include (but are not limited to):
  • Accurate and timely processing of payroll for circa 350 employees using Cascade
  • Checking that sick pay, maternity pay etc. is processed correctly
  • Liaising with employees regarding any payroll queries
  • Maintaining accurate employee records in line with GDPR and regulations
  • Generating and preparing reports for management
  • Conducting regular payroll audits
  • Creating and distributing payslips
Experience/skills required:
  • Experience using Cascade system
  • Experience processing a similar sized payroll (350 employees)
Working hours:
  • 37 hours per week
  • Monday – Friday, 8.45am-5.15pm (early finish on Fridays)
  • Hybrid role – work from home 4 days per week (office day is Wednesday)
