- Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEN, including Autism, ADHD, and SEMH needs.
- Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and accessible lessons.
- Support pupils with their social, emotional, and academic development.
- Promote inclusion and create a safe, positive learning environment.
- Have previous experience working with children or young people, ideally in an SEN setting.
- Be patient, caring, and able to build strong relationships with pupils.
- Hold a valid Enhanced Child Workforce DBS on the Update Service or be willing to apply for one through GSL Education.
- Be available for term-time, full-time work.
