Project Manager- 12 Month FTCJob title: Project Manager- 12 Month FTCLocation: LeedsOverview of the role:We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead planning and manage the delivery of transformation projects and initiatives that align with Flutter Studios’ strategic business goals and deliver measurable benefits. This role will require leadership, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills to drive success programme outcomes, whilst also supporting the wider Flutter Studios’ Programme Management function in maintaining efficient governance structures and robust controls.This role follows a hybrid approach to working, allowing you to combine working from home with working in our modern offices. These discussions are between you and your manager to find the best pattern for you both, while recognising that quality time together is essential for keeping us mission-aligned.Our Leeds office is at the heart of our business. The 8-storey building has an onsite staff gym and cafeteria, two heated rooftop terraces, a dedicated gaming room and a staircase amphitheatre. The space brings all our teams under one roof in the biggest private letting office in Yorkshire.What you’ll do:This role requires a creative, adaptive thinker with the ability to exert influence without authority. You’ll be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, able to demonstrate initiative, look at alternatives and consider practical ways to solve problems.Responsibilities include:Support the Senior Programme Manager to deliver Flutter Studios transformation programme objectivesLead the planning, execution and governance of transformation projects, ensuring delivery within scope, time and budget constraintsLead multi-disciplinary teams through the delivery lifecycle, driving cross-functional communication and co-ordinationDevelopment of detailed project plans to monitor and track progress, manage changes to the project scope and schedule, analyse successful completion of short and long-term goalsIdentify, assess and mitigate project risks, ensuring proactive issue resolutionEngage and manage key stakeholders, encouraging positive relationships and ensuring clear communicationProvide regular reporting and status updates detailing progress against plans, aligning with the Flutter Studios transformation programme governance and reporting frameworkWhere necessary, work with the Change Lead ensuring change is effectively embeddedDrive continuous improvement through identifying improvements, sharing learnings and implementing best practicesWhat you’ll bring:3-5 years' experience in project managementStrong expertise in project management methodologiesComfortable navigating a global organisation and collaborating with cross-functional teamsProven ability to manage different projects and handle multiple workstreams simultaneously, working in a fast-paced environmentExcellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage and influence across the organisational levels you collaborate withExcellent verbal and written communication skills with a style that can flex according to the audience and mediumStrong problem-solving, decision-making and analytical skills, a ‘can-do’ approach to identify practical and pragmatic solutionsProficient MS Office skills in addition to other communication and collaboration tools, e.g. Slack, AtlassianRecognized project management certification, preferably Prince2 or PMPExcellent report and presentation producing skills, experience with McKinsey Presentation Techniques is considered a plusYour behaviours:Listens to our players and puts their needs and wants at the centre of all you say and doKeeps players entertained and safe, so they keep loving our brandsFocuses resources and time where they have the biggest impactOperates and makes decisions to the full mandate of their role and empowers others to make decisions and actRaises the bar, do what you say and call on others to do the same.Tries new things and treat mistakes as opportunities to learn and improveSpeaks up and always ready to challenge and supportShares ideas, knowledge, and successesFinds ways to value the differences across a global mix of people and brandsIt’s ok if you don’t think you tick every box on this list.
