We are currently seeking a dedicated and reliable Class 1 Driver to deliver building materials in the Blackburn with Darwen area. This is a fantastic chance to secure a temp to perm position with a growing company that values its drivers.Key Responsibilities:
  • Safely operate a Class 1 vehicle during night shifts.
  • Deliver building materials to various locations in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Ensure compliance with all road safety regulations and company policies.
  • Conduct pre-trip inspections and maintain the cleanliness of the vehicle.
  • Communicate effectively with the logistics team to ensure smooth operations.
What We're Looking For:
  • Valid Class 1 driving licence (C+E).
  • CPC (Certificate of Professional Competence) qualification.
  • A valid digital tachograph card.
  • Previous experience in a similar driving role, preferably in the building materials sector.
  • Strong commitment to safety and customer service.
  • Ability to work nights and adapt to changing schedules.
