Avantor’s Biopharma Account Management team consists of ten exceptional Sales Specialists. Together, they nurture client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, retention, and business growth. The team also oversees a diverse portfolio of customers in the pharmaceutical industry.What we’re looking for
- Experience: Proven expertise in a complex sales environment, with a solution-based selling approach involving multiple stakeholders in the purchasing decision.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a science-related discipline is preferred but not essential
- Business-to-Business Sales: Solid experience in B2B sales.
- Product Knowledge: Strong understanding of the company’s products, promotions, services, and solutions for customers.
- Pharmaceutical Expertise: Broad knowledge of the pharmaceutical product and service portfolio is highly desirable
- Languages: Fluency in English (oral and written) is essential; proficiency in one or two additional languages is highly desirable.
- Customer Relationships: Skilled in building mutually beneficial relationships and leading strategic conversations with customers.
- Core Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills, with the ability to work independently.
- Personal Qualities: Proactive, inspirational, and team-focused.
- Technical Tools: Experience with C4C, SAP, and Microsoft Teams is preferred.
- A driving license is essential.
