- Educating Hospital staff about relevant safeguarding matters.
- Completing a full annual social care reassessment within the CPA format.
- Facilitating access to welfare rights, housing, advocacy services and associated support services
- Participating in 1:1 supervision
- To have a Registration with Social Work England
- Have a Social Work degree
- Experience within similar environment
- An annual salary of £23,800 (pro rata)
