- Able to independently lead and manage one or more functional workstreams, including managing small to medium sized combined onshore and offshore delivery teams
- Experienced with working collaboratively with clients and leading them along the journey through a finance transformation.
- Experience of working effectively with senior client representatives, including global process owners and senior business stakeholders
- Excellent interpersonal, team building, organisational and client collaboration skills.
- Strong presentation skills and able positively influence client and internal stakeholders, including supporting ongoing opportunity pursuits and presenting at client orals.
- Well versed with project management and governance incl. management of project plans, status reports, issues, risks, assumptions and managing scope.
- Experience with presenting solution position papers and points of view to client forums such as a Design Authority
- Strong documentation, reporting and presentation skills with well-developed analytical skills and the ability to provide clarity to complex issues, and synthesize large amounts of information
- Experience in a functional and/or technical role in a business or systems delivery environment preferably in more than one sector
- Experience producing project deliverables (business requirements, functional specs, configuration document, process flows, use cases, requirements traceability matrices etc.)
- Strong interpersonal, team building, organisational and motivational skills
- An awareness of key delivery methodologies, approaches and market trends in the industry
- Certifications in multiple SAP Modules
