Accessible only by car - must be a confident driverPrior care experience preferred, but heart and respect matter most as this client is 1:1 person-centered overnight support. Promoting independence, offering minimal-yet-impactful support, and helping someone rediscover his confidenceWhen you'll be working:
- 2- 3 night shifts a week
- 9pm -8am
- 10pm - 6am as a sleep night, 9pm -10pm as night time routine and 6am - 8am as morning routine
- A peaceful, two-bedroom bungalow where comfort and familiarity matter
- Your own staff bedroom for restful sleep nights
- Shared kitchen and bathroom in a space that feels like home
- A nightly routine guided by the person you're supporting - they lead, you walk beside
