Morgan McKinley is looking for an experienced Finance - Reconciliations Manager with extensive transactional finance, cash, reconciliations experience and also people management skills. The Reconciliations Manager will analyse the transactions and oversee the cash, reconciliations reporting team.Salary: £36K + bonus + excellent benefitsLocation: Surrey - Hybrid workingReconciliations Manager duties:
  • Monthly reconciliation of bank accounts
  • Checking of transactions, analysis - monitor the end-to-end production and review of the reconciliation reporting
  • Monitoring and checking of daily cashflow - ledgers
  • Cash reconciliations
  • Produce monthly management reporting
  • Manage and support a small team
Skills and experience:
  • Experience of working in a similar Finance - Reconciliations - bookkeeping type role with experience of credit control / sales ledgers
  • Proven people management skills and experience
  • Excellent communication and numeracy skills
  • Attention to detail and knowledge of nominal ledger, debits and credits
