Inside their setting you will find three floors that have been renovated over the years to create a spacious, warm and inviting environment for children from birth to age 5 with a capacity of 104 children daily.The RoleThey are looking for Level 3 qualified practitioners with a genuine enthusiasm and passion for working with children to join their wonderful team and currently have two positions available -Position 1: Monday - Friday 7am - 1pm (All year round)Position 2: Monday - Friday 12.30pm - 6.30pm (All year round)Key Responsibilities:
To communicate effectively with colleagues and parents/carers at all times
To understand and care for all children's individual needs
To plan and prepare educational activities for all children in conjunctions for the early year's foundation stage and their bespoke curriculum to meet children's individual care and learning needs
To create a stimulating environment, creating awe and wonder for the children
To follow all policies, procedures and protocols at all times
To observe and record children’s progress and development participating in a key person system
To support colleagues and work as a team player at all times
To put the children's needs and interests first understanding that all children are unique
To be a professional early year's practitioner, providing quality practice to the children
To understand safeguarding and to safeguard the children at all times
Skills and QualificationsCandidates must hold a relevant level 3 childcare qualification or above.Benefits
