Job DescriptionProduction OperativeBrackmills Industrial Estate, NorthamptonDay shift:37.5 hours per week, Monday-Wednesday 07:30-17:30 and Thursday 07:30-17:00£13.00 Per Hour with Overtime paid at £19.50phNight shift:36 hours per week, Monday-Wednesday 18:00-06:30£15.60 Per Hour with Overtime paid at £23.40phOur well-established global client is looking to expand their manufacturing team and are looking for committed individuals to join them.The ideal candidate will have a background in Manufacturing/Assembling and will understand and be committed to following existing processes within a high performing team. If have a production background that involved following processes, then these would be excellent transferable skills.For those Candidates that demonstrate the appropriate attitude and skills, there will be opportunities to be offered a full-time position with the company, although this is not guaranteed.Manufacturing Operative Key Areas of Responsibility

Assembling cables
Snipping and crimping cable ends ready for client requirements
Labelling cables
Sorting cables into appropriate client locations
Quality testing
Box preparation
Picking small items ready for manufacturing
