- Day to day responsibilities will include, but not limited to; daily checks on transport orders, shipment management, POD retrieval, and updating system.
- Customer contact to resolve stock issues and order management concerns.
- Handling customer enquiries via telephone and email, dealing with both inbound and outbound communication.
- Daily checks on transport orders to ensure they have been collected and delivered in line with Customer requirements.
- Booking in collections and deliveries.
- Liaise with drivers & customer service teams regarding ETAs and problem solving.
- Administration duties include extensive data inputting, filing, keeping staff records up to date.
- 2+ years' experience in a logistics & customer service environment.
- Experience managing customer queries on the telephone and via email
- Commutable to Leicester
- £26,000-£28,000
