You'll manage your own caseload across a broad range of family law matters, particularly Private Children and Domestic Abuse, while being part of a collaborative team that values professionalism, empathy, and strategic thinking.About the Team: You'll be joining a nationally recognised family law department, known for its compassionate approach, legal excellence, and consistent client satisfaction. - Manage a varied caseload of family law matters including:
- Private children disputes
- Domestic abuse cases
- Divorce and separation matters
- Undertake your own advocacy where appropriate
- Deliver excellent client care and build lasting relationships
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of family law, including Legal Aid (desirable)
- Contribute to the team's success with a proactive and positive attitude
- Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive (CILEx)
- Demonstrable experience in family law
- Experince in Private Children and Domestic Abuse
- Confident in managing your own caseload independently
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Comfortable handling sensitive issues with professionalism and empathy
- Experience with Legal Aid (desirable but not essential)
