We're looking for a dedicated and organised Branch Supervisor with sales experience to help lead our local team and ensure our customers continue to receive outstanding service - day in, day out.Key Responsibilities:
  • responsible for the smooth and efficient running of daily operations
  • lead and oversee the daily activities of the warehouse, telesales, and delivery teams to ensure orders are picked, processed, and delivered on time while maintaining high standards of quality and service.
  • maintaining a warm, supportive environment for both your team and our valued customers
  • monitor stock levels and liaise with the warehouse team to maintain accurate inventory
  • manage and motivate warehouse pickers, telesales agents, and delivery drivers to achieve performance targets.
  • provide clear direction, delegate tasks, and monitor team productivity
  • address and resolve customer complaints or issues, ensuring customer satisfaction
  • ensure all activities comply with company policies, health & safety regulations, and food handling standards
What We're Looking For:Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage and inspire diverse teams.Operational Expertise: Strong understanding of logistics, warehousing, and delivery processes.Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve operational or customer service challenges quickly and effectively.Organisational Skills: Excellent multitasking, time management, and prioritisation abilities.Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for engaging with the team, customers, and senior management.Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy in order processing, inventory, and delivery schedules * Previous experience in a supervisory role within sales, logistics, warehousing, or a similar fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with frozen food or perishable goods operations is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in using inventory management systems and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Valid driver's license is preferred
