Key Stage 2 Teaching Assistant – Ashford – Immediate StartAre you passionate about supporting children in their learning journey? If so, we have a fantastic opportunity for you!We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Key Stage 2 Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Ashford. This role is ideal for someone who is committed to making a positive impact on pupils’ education and enjoys working collaboratively with teaching staff.Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting pupils in small groups and on a one-to-one basis
  • Assisting the class teacher with lesson preparation and classroom management
  • Encouraging pupil engagement and participation
  • Helping to create a positive and nurturing learning environment
  • Supporting children with additional needs where required
Requirements:
  • Previous experience working in a Key Stage 2 setting is highly desirable
  • A genuine passion for education and child development
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
