CNC Recruitment are currently seeking Paint Line Operatives to join our client in Bridport, a well-known sheet fabrication company. The ideal candidates will be semi-skilled, with previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment preferred but not essentialLocation: Bridport, Dorset
Pay Rate: £12.50 per hour
Contract: Temp - PermRole Allocation:2x candidates – Day Shift – 8am – 5pm1x candidates – Night Shift – 6pm – 6am – pay TBCKey Duties:Organising and preparing items for the paint lineHanging items on the paint line ready for paintingRemoving painted items from the line and sorting them accordinglyCleaning and preparing items before they are paintedHandling and moving paint and materials as required (occasionally handling boxes of up to 20kg)RequirementsGood level of physical fitness – the role involves regular movement and manual handlingAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentAttention to detail and ability to follow processesA proactive and reliable attitudePrevious experience in a similar role or production environment is desirable but not essentialBenefitsINDBLUE
